We are safely back from Florida. It was all three kids' first time flying..they did great. Thomas and Mia were the most nervous I think. The flights were smooth both ways. Quite a difference from last year when we drove....ugh.
We had fairly good weather the whole time, except the last two days when it rained a bunch. Hot and humid otherwise...90+ degrees. The pool felt great, as did the gulf. Thomas got stung pretty good by a jellyfish. Poor little guy was really hurting for a while. They all came back with tans. I was the only one that burned, and I did that on the first day...I guess my sunscreen washed off. Sydney couldn't understand how the "sunscreen police" could get burned....didn't make any sense to her.
We had delicious shrimp. I think I had it four times while we were there. Also did some shopping.
We were all glad to be home though. We were there for 7 nights. That was a bit long, I think. It's good to be back in our own beds.
