Spring Break

Who uses the second day of spring break to work on a school project? These two little ladies, that's who. Mia had Katie over on Tuesday to work on a science project they are paired up to do. They got most of it done and then played Just Dance on the Wii. The giggles were contagious.

She and Katie both found out Friday after school that they made both cheerleading squads (basketball and football) for next year. I was at work and Mia called to tell me. Sydney took her to McDonalds to celebrate. She is so excited. The other night we were sitting on the couch and she says, "I'm a Southern Boone Cheerleader!" I'm so happy for her, and looking forward to watching her from the stands next year!
