The kids digging out the goop from their pumpkins. Darn kids. Once they did that, they were done with the whole pumpkin carving thing. They were off to play and the adults did all the carving.
Thomas and Dayton whittled the sticks for the weiner roast.
Amy's famous witch's cauldron. This thing fascinates me every year. A little dry ice and some hot water poured over it and you have instant smouldering cauldron.
That fire was HOT.
Mia's class did a short play on Thursday..."Spunky Punky." Very cute. She was Jill, of "Jack and Jill."
Thomas went to a bonfire/hayride on Halloween night at his friend, Landon's. Here they are getting ready to head out for the hayride.
Ladies and gentlemen....Hannah Montana!!! She didn't wear the wig for trick-or-treating, because it was too itchy on her head. Thank goodness it wasn't cold and rainy. Seems like every Halloween is rainy, cold and miserable. We were comfortable in sweatshirts and gloves. Our neighborhood was crawling with kids. I swear some of those kids were 17 and 18 years old.
Today it is soccer, soccer, soccer. Mia has 2 games and Thomas has 2 games. I think Warren and I have it all worked out, who's taking who where and when. There is a little over-lap. Thomas plays in JC, Mia in Columbia.
