We finished up basketball season this past week, taking 2nd place in the New Bloomfield Elementary Tournament. The Ashland Optimist team took 1st, so basically it was the Southern Boone Showdown. It was fun to watch Thomas play against his buddies. The game was very exciting, and we only lost by 1. His friend Brice hit a three pointer in the final minute to pull ahead by 1 point. We were unable to score in the final seconds and THEY got to go home with bragging rights.

Thomas is glad to be finished with basketball and has started soccer practice. His first game is May 29th. Mia has signed up as well and will begin practicing this week. She is very excited and has her first game on April 12th.
