I have been remiss in posting on this. Yesterday was a wonderful Thanksgiving Day for the Sapp, Grover, Blanchard family. Mom out-did herself once again with an amazing spread of turkey and all the trimmings. After dinner, a big bunch bundled up/loaded up for a hike at Hunter's Cave. They returned with tales of Little Adam getting out of hollering range for a bit, but, thankfully, he was found and returned safely to the nest. When they returned we played family games of Apples to Apples, followed by Dominos. Lots of laughter ensued. Some folks napped off their meal. The main attraction, especially for the kids ( and a few adults, myself included) was the Guitar Hero II video game marathon in the bedroom. How addicting that game is! So much so that I'm thinking of getting one for my kids for Christmas. Desserts followed. Far be it from our family to have a shortage of delicious desserts to choose from.
