Sedalia Soccer Tournament

We had an exciting weekend of soccer. The winds almost blew us away, but the sun was shining and it was a nearly perfect 2 days for soccer. We tied our first game on Saturday 0-0, then won our second 3-0. Sunday we took second in the championship game 3-0. (Notice I didn't say we lost.... those boys absolutely played their hearts out. ) We are so proud of our boys...they are such little gentleman...so sportsmanlike. The team that won first was also an awesome display of sportsmanship...as were both sets of "opposing parents." When we were presented with our trophy and medals, the first place team was right there, applauding and cheering for us...and vise versa. What a refreshing display it was. Needless to say, Thomas was wiped out after a long weekend of soccer. We have our last game of CSC this weekend, and then we are finished until spring. Now it's on to basketball....
